My mum's guy friend is trying to get close to me what do I do ?

My mum and dad live in different countries. I don't know what happened but I'm scared there gonna get a divorce. I talked to my dad and he said he loves her very much and he said that she told him that she's done with him but he loves her. I cry every night.
My mum's bf guy friend or w.e is trying to get close to me when he comes over our house. He lives right next to us and is always trying to sleep over so at night time he can come in my room and tell me to do sexual stuff to him. My mum works at nights so she's never here at night to witness these things and also when I'm in the shower he comes in my bathroom and tries stuff. Nothing never happened but no matter how hard I try I'm trying to tell my mum he needs to stop coming over here. While he was working at a barbershop he got setup or something and then the cops caught him with weed and he went to jail for like a day or something and got a warning. I need help what should I do ? I'm still a virgin. I don't want him to take it.

My mum dosen't believe me she thinks I'm lying cause when she's around he acts totally different like an angel or something.

borrow a tape recorder. get him in action. then tell someone. is he there when she leaves or after ? if its after then lock the door. if you hear him approaching,call the police and ask them to listen on the line and to send a cop if they hear him trying to come onto you. be careful and good luck. if you need to ,tel your dad........

Tell your mum. Or tell a teacher. Or even your friends mum. But tell an adult. This man is a predator.You say nothing has happened yet, but actually it has. He has initiated sexual contact with a minor and is harrassing you. he breaks into the bathroom while your showering? he sounds like a PIG!
Be honest with your mum..tell her why he needs to stop coming over. Please..just tell someone.

Tell your mother what is going on. If she doesn't believe you tell your school counselor. Another alternative might be to install a camera in your bedroom (if you have the money they aren't that expensive). If he comes over while your mother is away get on the phone and talk to a friend or relation. When you go to bed, lock the door. When in the bathroom, lock the door. Limit his access to you. If all else fails, call the police.

I would suggest telling your dad since your mom refuses to listen. Then get her sit down while the 2 of you are alone and tell her what he is doing and trying to do to you while she is away, and that you have told your dad, and are going to tell the police.

She may not believe you, and say that you are making it all up because you want your mother and father to get back together, never the less....it is her job to protect you, and it appears that she is not doing a good job. Make sure that you are being honest about this, because if it is not true, he can sue you and your mother for ruining his reputation.

You must tell someone. Do you have a teacher, counselor or church leader you trust? You can tell you mom, but don't be surprised if she doesn't believe you. It happens sometimes. Can you go to the cops? At the very least, put a lock on your door (from the inside) to keep him out.

YOU NEED TO TELL SOMEONE ABOUT IT. ITS NOT RIGHT WHAT HES DOING. I THINK YOUR MOM SHOULD BELIVE YOU. IF ONE OF MY KIDS TOLD ME THAT I WOULD BELIVE THEM CUZ YOUR KIDS COME BEFORE ANYONE. ITS NOT RIGHT WHAT HES DOING.
