The world cannot fix Burma's Political Problems, the Burmese have to take the first steps them selves to implement a democracy, the suggestions by some that the USA should play the role of World Super Cop, and use military force are ridicules, thats why there exists the United Nations Organization, its slow but it does work.
The USA has enough to do in Iraq and Afghanistan

Boycott the Chinese Olympics. China is a staunch ally of the Burmese military junta. By doing so, it will send a clear message to China that the whole world does not approve of the Chinese stand on its recognition of the repressive military regime in Myanmar.

Sadly you cannot. I was lucky enough to have traveled there 1975. train from Rangoon to Mandalay.Then called Burma. beautiful country, sweet people.
put you altruistic energies toward fellow citizens. where ever you may live.

we helped in saigon in 1962,same type of problem and look what happen
