From last thursday to this thursday has been horrible for me.... or at least slightly worse than normal. ( I tend to exaggerate) Anyone else having a rough week? Tell me about it. Maybe just venting will help you.

And so this can be in the R&S section why don't you tell me your religious beliefs as well. :-)

Happy birthday Heathen Daughter!

Raji, of course I would LOVE to hear about your wonderful year. That only serves to remind me that things DO get better. :-)

If you haven't been there yet I would recommend it. Some of its funny, some serious, but mostly it lets you know that you are NEVER alone in this world.

Gosh Megs, I hate to rain on your pity party but this WHJOLE last year has been absolutely wonderful. So permit me to spread the cheer and comforting hugs that I have in excess, to share among ALL of you folks.
Oh, and I'm a Green Witch (Wiccan)

Brightest Blessings,

I am having a rough 7 weeks! I have been near tears or in tears for the last few days. Work is killing me! I am a teacher, and I am having a tough year. My classes are all TAKS failures, so they are low level, very needy, and most are discipline problems, as well. I am teaching Reading and English and barely sleeping. I feel like a bad teacher, bad wife, and a bad mother.
I am a Christian that has missed bible study twice, and church once in the last 6 weeks! My prayer life needs help, and I am completely without quiet time with God.

Yes, it's been rough. I'm recovering from having my wisdom teeth surgically extracted, and still having some pain from that. At work we are chronically short-staffed, and expected to do an increasing amount of work with a decreasing number of people to do it. Several of my patients are very ill. At home, I have 3 little kids who are total maniacs, and a father with Alzheimer's who literally doesn't know the commode from the kitty litter pan. When I feel like I just want to crawl in a hole, I remember, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." God bless you, and I hope sincerely that next week will be better for you.

***Valerie- your answer especially touched me- my parents went through the same things. In fact, I don't think they've ever gotten past it. I know the devastation in your heart. You will be in my prayers.

I'm so sorry you are having a rough week! You know me, pagan Witch extraordinaire!

I have had a couple of bumps. My brand new hybrid Camry started making weird scraping noises in the brakes which turned out to be a mystery to the mechanics. I keep getting more and more new students, and now I have standing room only in my classroom. On Wednesday I spent 3 hours on the phone with insurance companies, doctor's offices, billing offices, and a beastly collection agency, trying to figure out who was going to what and it was so so so frustrating! It has got all out of hand, and it is my husband's bill, but I get to do the work trying to figure out the problem and be on hold for forever.

Not as bad as some of the others here. I guess we all get stuff in our lives, its all in how we handle what happens to us.

Blessings,
Lady Morgana )0(

I've been having a rough past 10 years and I'm starting to think things will never change, but my new thing is to try and see the positive side to everything no matter what.

Like today totally sucks and I can't get motivated to do anything but sit here on YA, but at least I have a roof over my head and food to eat.

I'm a Christian....and I believe Jesus is the only way to Heaven...

I am having a bad week. I have a skin disorder called PRP..which I thought was going into remission,,but a few days ago, it came back again...it never quite went into remission but I was hoping it would...I am praying though...I never give up hope...I believe in healing. So if anyone is reading this, who prays...please pray for me.

On the up side,,,,my DH is learning how to cook since I have had this...he is fearless...he learned stir fry last week and he is in the kitchen trying to make homemade tamales right now....I wouldn't even try that! LOL....he watches the food network,,,trying to learn how to cook....how sweet is that? He had to learn how to cook or starve....that is pretty good motivation...and he is trying to make things I like...I have been blessed with a husband of great worth.

May God bless all of us tonight and show his mercy to those who are struggling.

OH YEAHH
Im dealing with college stuff, trying to write an essay, put together a portfolio, school stuff...
My coach is the biggest *** hole in the world. He takes out all his angers out on our players.
My mom is ignorant. I know that all the other seniors are going through the same college process as me, but Im going through twice as much work than many of them, because I am ABSOLUTLY ALL ALONE in this. I basically break down and cry everyday but my parents dont know that. My mom is ******* like ocd and has anger management problems (or so I'd like to think) so she takes out all her stress out on me and make ME feel like ****. I really dont deserve to be treated like this. I try my hardest to be the nicer person, but that's over now. I am SO ******* SICK OF IT. I dont need to be put down by my own mother's ignorant and dumbness. I am so much more mature than my mom. I want to get the **** out of this place and go to college and live away from home. My mom doesnt understand the big roll I play in this family. I dont ******* care that we are financially set and we can pretty much do anything that involves money, but since they cant speak english, I do all the important things around here! Once I go to college, that's the end of it. They can suffer all they want!

Yes, it's been tough for me lately. I won't go into too much detail but, basically : My mother cheated on my dad on the guy who built our house. She's going through this depression streak after the divorce. All of my family is torn apart, really. I'm just waiting, praying that all of this will get better one day. Maybe she could be my mother again :) I'm a Christian by the way.

***Amalthea - Thank you so much. Your support means alot to me! Just knowing that someone else got through the same thing gives me hope that I can too. I hope life gets better for you :)

I got 2 violations this week. One on the spot, and one after the fact. (Today when I logged in). I'm so evil. I just can't be a good person. Every day I become more corrupt. Help. (Are there people sitting at monitors watching every question and answer?)
