FedEx application and training/testing day for couriers?

Question

I filled out a job search form for driver/courier position with FedEx online, and they sent me an opportunity to come in and fill out an application and begin testing for their courier position.

What kinds of testing will they be doing? What kind of questions will they be asking? Is this an interview? Do I have to take a physical to work as a courier?

Should I dress way up for this training thing?

I have plenty of delivery experience as a pizza delivery guy for 9 years, so I hope that helps my cause.

This is for a FedEx Express part-time courier position btw.

I was told that this testing could take up to 6 hours. Wow.

Hi:
It's a 3 hour meeting where they go over the jobs and applications. You need a 10 year accouunting of your work history (or school if you don't have 10 years of work). There is no individual interview just a group thing. Then you take a test that is so basic my dog could have passed it. Just looks at how you follow rules and customer service questions.

Dress doesn't need to be formal, but remember that they are looking for people who will be first line of contact to customers.

They called me in for a personal interview a week later and that's next week. They didn't have me pick up anytrhing or take a drug test...perhaps they will on the second interview?
