I have lost all motivation to do my job well. Should I quit?

I love my job and what I do but my boss always tries to find something ***** about. Everyday (like most people) I work as hard as I can but he makes me feel like it is not enough. Everybody else in office tell me that I am a good worker but my boss just complains. I don't know how to deal with this because all my other past bosses love me.

Give yourself more options and choice in life. So start looking for other jobs. If you can find one that better. Better means other than better pay, better working hours, benefits, promote employees within, how they motivate their employees, and location (far or close to your home), and etc. If you don't find anything better than current job, you will appreciate it more. If you do, quit (or not, it is your option) and be happy. Good luck!!

start looking for another job, but say nothing to your current boss until you have something. Then give two weeks notice. DO NOT blow off current employer--you may need them for a reference some day, or to confirm your pay for credit history.

If the pay is good tolerate the boss, save your money and if you do decide to walk out you will still have a jingle in your pocket, at least for a little while....

if u dont need the money, just quit. if u have burdens, find another job then quit. is it just ur boss or the job? if u hate ur boss but love ur job, quitting is like giving in.

I hate mine too. I have however decided to stick it out awhile. I feel it is almost an obligation to outlast my ***** of a boss. She is surely up next to be fired.
Good Luck, don't give up yet..

if you really don't like your job you should look for other opportunities.
