For me it is when I am meditating or alone in nature.

Blessings!

Everyone's mentioned the three most common: nature, meditation, and charity, with which I absolutely agree. These can be everyday occurrances. If you're practiced, you can meditate where and when ever you need to. And kindness as small as holding the elevator door for a mother with a stroller can give you that "warm heart" feeling that makes you feel you're a part of something larger. Nature may be the hardest to come by in modern times, but even in the biggest city you can stop and admire the flowers in the window boxes.

But, for me, there's another that not as many people have experienced, or just not noticed. Live music. There's something intensely spiritual about about a good live performance. The kind that envelopes you, engages all your senses - the sounds of the instruments; the amplifiers; and the crowd; the touch of the person you're dancing with, or the people dancing around you; the sights of the performers and the audience enjoying themselves (laughing, dancing); the smell of the crowd (perfumes, hairsprays, cigarettes), and the smell of the venue (popcorn, hot dogs, beer) and the tastes of all those things. And, mostly, the emotional feel the performers are projecting in their music and the crowd projects as it absorbs them, incorporate their own, and everyone else's. There's nothing more spiritual than being completely engulfed in all those emotions, and feeling them together. Hundreds, maybe thousands, of people, all, at least for a little while, in that same emotional place, and sharing and absorbing it all on the same level.

For me, it doesn't matter what those feelings are, or what the music is. I love it all. I can get that same spiritual connection from the mosh pit or the orchestra pit. But if you've never tried this, pick your favorite artist or genre and GO to live show. And FEEL it. Pretend no one's watching and DANCE. Let the wonder that is music absorb you. Make the whole experience part of you, heart and soul, and that feeling will last for days. Carry the memories with you, and and they'll bring comfort and companionship when you need it.

I feel that way the most when I am grounding. Or when I am noticing things about nature. Sometimes in ritual with my other I feel especially close to Divinity. I think it is often more the little things that can bring that to us most. If we are looking somewhere besides with, we will never find it.

I suppose I just always do. I am in the habit of offering the first and last drink of my first beer. But I see that as respect more then trying to feel close to them.
When I need them, they are there. I'm not sure how to explain it. I have little ritual and practice no magic what so ever. Freyja is always near because we just like each other ;). I run to Odin for advice and I feel Frigga around my house. I have a connection to Thor through one of my best friends, who is a Thorsman, and when in doubt or upset, he gives me reassurance, much like my best friend does. I feel the gods in my kindred and with my family. They simply ARE.
It's complex I suppose.
Hail the Gods!

Mmm extremely some traditions are. Dressing up on Halloween, portray eggs at Easter, adorning timber at Christmas. in spite of the indisputable fact that, for what's-his-face who reported that Christians stole each little thing from the Pagans....i do no longer EVER bear in techniques having heard or study of Pagans with toddler-Jesus-in-a-manger scenes.

the source of every divinity is within oneself,so voyage to within oneself does't requires any rituals, just motivation for being with the divinity and self experiencing the bliss thru MEDITATION only, however selfless service to the needy ones and always remaining positive under every circumstances, does helps a lot in gaining inherent divinity.

Greetings!

"Divine" is not the concept I use for the Great Mystery, but I understand your question-When I help someone, do good deeds, I feel my Actions and Motivations to be more acceptable to The Spirits, than if I did something just to please myself.

Ritual is in your daily Life-not in an empty temple, made of cold stone, that you beg for forgiveness in-to deaf and blind statues that seem to need money-not in a Book, not on the tele, but in Real Life!

When I wake up, I try to remember to ask "God", or whoever might be listening, "what is needed of me that Day, what can I do for You?".

I feel more one with the Divine when I emmerse myself in life and tune in to the connection between me and all that lives.

For rejuvenation, I go on a walk by myself to the river, the ocean or anywhere outdoors and clear my mind and tune into nature.

Personal rituals, like tending to my altar, meditating, and genuinely seeking guidance and trusting that it will come.
I make a gratitude list, not as much as i should, but i do my best to remain humble and true to my path.

Great Question!
