Since your at 9%(real lean) you have to build your abs like any other muscle. Some people say you could do this every day but I don't go more than 3 days a week. Crunches, declined sit-ups(can even ad a little weight) Hang from bar and pull your legs/knees up. Build em.

People who have perfect bodies acheive their form more through genetics than anything else. And, if you're not genetically predisposed to have six-pack abs, you'll never get them no matter what you do.

I saw a show on the Discovery channel a while back about this very topic. They had a guy on there who had one of those perfect bodies, and he was selling supplements and exercise gadgets with infomercials. He said that it wasn't the supplements or gadgets that made his body what it was. And, he didn't have to exercise very much. His genetics just gave him the perfect male body.

He also said that the before and after people in those infomercials start out with perfect bodies. Then they go through some kind of event in their lives where they gain a lot of weight (some kind of drug they have to take or maybe a woman gets pregnant). Then they get back to their regular routine - not even taking the advertised supplement or using the gadget - and get back to their perfect form.

So, keep exercising to stay fit. That's obviously good for you. Just don't be disappointed that you can't obtain what you consider to be a perfect body form. It might not be in your genes.
