ok, so there is this guy that i met at school last February and he asked me out in May (I said no cuz i didn't like him) and since school started, he has been following me and touching me. I've asked him to leave me alone and I've asked him not to touch me and I've even told him to go away (my friends even heard me say this to the guy!) but nothing seems to work. Recently, I've been down to my counselor at school and he told me that they would handle it (nothing has gotten better yet) then, i went down to the counselor again to fill out an incident report to get it taken care of (still nothing has happened) and I've gotten to the point where I just ignore him and he still doesn't go away. Any advice?

youre doing the right thing. just avoid him and ignore him. hopefully, eventually, he'll see that he seriously is not wanted and move on.

If he bothers you even more and worse than he did before tell a teacher or something
or just ignore him
they invented pepper spray for a reason

try avoiding him ... say i honestly don't like you and your stalking me... say maybe if you left me alone i would be able to consider going out with you (not seriously though)... find a boyfriend... if he's been touching you in the wrong places slap him the next time

if he comes near you, yell really loud so that everyone can hear you and tell him to leave you alone. if he touches you vulgarly, kick him in the nuts, punch him in the face, or both.
the best thing to do is not to wander around alone.

Well if he touches you again--Scream out "QUIT TOUCHING ME!! "
That will get every ones attention . May be he will leave you alone after that.

tell the police and parents give hima warninng and say if u touch me again i will pepper spray u then when he bothers u again spray him that should work

threaten him that you'll the police if he keeps touching you. overall, its good that your speaking to someone cause your doing the right thing.
