Yes and various stores sell various types, one of my favorites was made by radio shack because it was a small cube with a built in plug for charging that folded into the unit. In almost all cases these things are expensive before radio shack discontinued it, it was 60 dollars and I don't think the variants are any cheaper.

If it sounds practial enough, I recomend building a plywood box to house an automotive battery connected to a transformer/ power inverter rated well above the wattage you are looking to draw with your device(s). Then when the power is too low simply charge it in your garage.
