4 cubic CM divided by 10 grams = 2.5 Grams/Cubic CM.

Assuming you mean its size is as you say, then...
2cm x 4cm x 0.5cm = 4cm³ (cc).
Mass = 10g.
Density = Mass/Volume = 10g ÷ 4cc = 2.5g/cc
