i have this problem where i am just walking and my leg gets numb and it just falls asleep. then i feel this weird tingly thing in my leg. what is this? i went to the doctor, but they dont tell me anything!

You sound like you are describing neuropathic pain. I agree with posting to see neurologist. You may need CT or MRI of spine.

Leg numbness can be due to many things, but you do not say if you have pain so I guess not. In this case it could be what you are wearing. Restrictive clothing ot clothing that is to tight, yes I know we all want to look slim, but items of clothing that assist us to do this can cut of circulation and nerve supply to the extremities. Likewise fashionable shoes are excellent for fashion but do little to assist us to walk correctly. As the Doc did not say anything, I reckon he saw what you were wearing and is waiting for you to change your fashion style.

Go to the doctor and get a CT scan or MRI

You need to see another doctor - perhaps a neurologist.
