YES...which is part of why He is so AMAZING. He created each snow flake, just as He created each star, and each and every grain of sand, and just like He created you and me & every other completely different person in the WHOLE world! I love Jesus Christ, because He loves me, and He loves you, He died for you, and (&) wants to spend eternity with you! Isn't He AWESOME??? (can you even fathom "each and every individual snowflake)??? WOW! *

I think so. But don't underestimate the power of God, I think he can put thought and creativity into each snowflake easier than we can take a single breath.
