There are not any federal regulations on ammunition. you may desire to purchase ammo on line and have it shipped on your place. it is not like buying weapons. some states do have regulations. manhattan, new jersey, Illinois, Massachusetts and kalifornistan do have limits. in reality in Massachusetts by regulation in case you haven't any longer have been given a license to purchase ammo basically touching a spent casing will land you in detention center for 3 years. And taking HP .22 to a distinctive guy or woman domicile which you acquire is a criminal in new jersey. i'm happy i do no longer stay in those places. yet except you reside in one among those states there are not any regulations against it. That 650 rounds suitable? you are able to promote the at gun public sale sites or placed an advert interior the paper. i think of you ought to get around $120ish for all of it.

If you own a business, you can sell ammunition without a Federal Firearms License. Local law may prevent it though.

JD brings up a good question....are you asking about selling ammo as a business or just selling off your personal supply?

If you are selling anything as a business you need a business license.

Selling ammo out of your "collection", to friends or at a gun show, no. Don't collect tax, or the government will want their share.
