I haven't had dinner yet...but I'm making teriyaki chicken with sauteed veggies....bell pepper, onions, carrots, broccoli....over steamed rice.

Mmmm...eating is by far my favorite thing to do. Its a miracle I'm not over weight.
Anyway...
I'm going to make some sushi, homemade of course.
Its going to have terriyaki (<-- eye kant spel) chicken with avocado, cucumber, cream cheese, and maybe a couple green onions.
That's pretty heathy, and oh so yummy.

I had a side salad toped with ranch dressing garlic croutons fresh mozzerala and cherry tomatoes, then for my entree I had a petite fillet Mignon with Gorgonzola melted on top with a side of steamed vegetable and a baked potato with sour cream, real melted butter and chives and for desert a molten chocolate cake with fresh strawberrys and homemade whipped cream. YUM

I had a yummy pasta dish I made. Pasta, crabmeat, green peas, sauteed sweet onions, garlic, olive oil and a sprinkle of swiss cheese. VERY tasty :)

We're going to have this concoction my hubby taught me how to make. It's like tuna, mushrooms, peas, in a cream sauce over toast. It sounds and looks bad, but it is so good!
