It shouldn't be a problem unless the doctors think they get in the way. And they can't be that bad, can they?

Reminds me of this scandal the Australian Defence Force had a couple of years ago. Some female soldiers found a way to get breast implants at the expense of the government - something about small breasts giving them poor morale and thus not capable to do their job to a satisfactory standard. Naturally, when they got their implants, they couldn't do the job anyway - they had trouble running and they looked ridiculous in uniform.

no problem. Obiously tell them about it, and they'll probably want to see the records to make sure you're good to go, but not a problem. Actually the military pays for some people to get implants or reductions from time to time. It's an elective proceedure, so there's a long wait, but it does happen.

Like any other medical procedure, the military must waiver it for your entry into service. I'm not sure f the policy, but I have seen several people denied enlistment due to medical problems / Surgeries... Check with your recruiter.

You're going to the Air Force, right?! just kidding, I really don't think so at all. Just let them at MEPS know that you have gotten them. If thay find that out later they could probably hold that against you
