I used to be quite an active christian, quite religious then but it didnt do much for me and eventually i became less interested.

I do believe that there is a higher being amoung us. but i dont believe that it is to be worshiped or praised.

i do think tho tht religion is a good thing for some people, because it gives them a sense of security maybe? it lets them have morals, knowing whats right and wrong.

now, i think that doing what you think is right and tht u have good principles and tht u just be nice basically to everyone is pretty good enough.

what does that make me?

You are someone who has a great number of ideas that need to be sorted out.

You probably realize that faith alone is not enough to make you do all the things that people with faith say you should do: honor God, pray, go to church, study the holy books, deepen your knowledge of whatever religion you think should be followed, and so on.

So you try to reason things out and make sense of life, reality, truth, justice and all the other moral issues that come up. Most people discover that logical reasoning is not easy. It doesn't come without mental effort, time and energy. In the end, many people, become disillusioned with both faith and reason, and remain in shallow waters.

I hope you strengthen your mind with logical thinking, and continue to use reason as your guide for living morally. You will find that it is possible to be reality-centered, discover the facts of life and not follow opinions, and learn the difference between logical thinking and contradictory thinking (faith).

There is only one way to have integrity - demonstrate that what you say can be applied to practical living. If you succeed in doing that, you may never become a religious person, but you will be a very happy moral person.

By word definition it makes you an agnostic.

By common sense it makes you a normal person.

I am a christian, I love Christ and I love to make some effort for Him. But the effort for him is effort for mankind, to help others, to be a good person, not to kneel and cry all day long. Communion is one thing. Making a cult of a building (church) is different. It is just wrong to make it a center of life. Church is, first and foremost community (собор Russians would say) (look over Greek root for this word, ecclesia in Latin interpretation - it means community). Not the building. The building is just a roof over head to keep away from rain and coldness. So, the one true service is the service to humanism through the prism of Christ. Amen

Does it matter so long as your happy?
What's the point of a label?
If you really must have a label though, because it gives you a sense of security maybe?
Then you must ask yourself, for your the one that will ever truly know.

Diest - the belief that a god created life and humans on Earth, but doesn't interact in our lives in any way, nor does he/she/it wish to be praised or worshipped by us.

I think that is a secular Humanist. They won't be in the kingdom. YHVH gives us everything we need, if we will accept it. The first five books of scripture include the marriage covenant between YHVH and His bride. His bride will take His name, and obey His directions. (They will NOT be "Christians")
