Your reach is 28"?!?! What are you? An alligator? Don't ever enter the ring, cause you're going to get jabbed to death. With that lack of reach, maybe you could be a ditch digger or a garbage man, but I wouldn't set my goals much higher than that.

you are probably just fine.
here's what I would suggest doing.
1) swimming - you can really get a lot of conditioning done through swimming and it really will help you build your shoulders, chest, etc.
2) take up the drums/percussion - it will help you develop your hand speed.
3) don't laugh but they make dumb-bells for water and you can work out in the water and build strength. I got mind at waterworkout.com
4) watch boxing frequently - part ofit is training and another part is mental - knowledge. in particular watch fights fromthe 1950's lots of great fighters in that era and good technique to watch.
5) if you aren't a lefty = start doing everything left handed and don't tell people you are right handed if you are- they dont' need to know. then you can suprise your opponent with the right - it willl take a while to get coordinated with the left- but it will be worth it. Watch George Foreman - he has a great jab.
6) practice walking forward, backwards, sideways - you need to be able to move just as fast backwards , and sideways as you do forward. It will help a lot.
7) work on your uppercut and body shots -and learn where allthe organs in your body are. learn every pressure point, and everything. know your anatomy well, so you know which places are weak and where to hit your opponent.
8) do things like chop wood, basic manual labor tasks - it will help you build strength.
9) jump rope a lot
10) get a speed bag and a heavy bag - and imagine when it moves that's your opponent that is moving.
11) you need to get where you are working out several hours a day...
12) consult a nutritional consultant because you'll need more nutrition to cover what you are going to be burning.
13) don't have sex before any fight
you will naturally be more agressive if you completely refrain from any sexual activity and that includes masturbation.
hope all this helps you.

I think you are measuring your reach wrong. Normally your span, that is how far it is between your finger tips when you hold your arms straight out to the side.
It is not really your reach.
71 inches would be better.
At 5'9" you could fight at 135 lightweight. If you go up to welter you would be too short.
Learn to jab and keep your hands up.

I think you're stuck on size. You wonder if you're made for boxing? I believe that there are 2 things that have to be in order to be a great fighter. #1: you need a thick skull. Face it, if you can't take a shot, you can't be great. #2: you need to be a heartless sadist. It's no wonder so many fighters get in trouble with the law over violent offenses. It's in their psychological makeup. You've got to want to hurt your opponent and when you do, you've got to enjoy it. When your opponent is hurt, you repeat whatever you just did to hurt him to hurt him more.
Whatever physical attributes can be addressed through training.

You're definitely measuring yourself wrong... i recommend gaining weight atleast to 130, ur too skinny... If you get really dizzy and get headaches after getting hit in the head, than i doubt you'll ever be great. But, just train and train and with time your skills will improve and you might just be abe to progress from there
