Get new underthings that are two degrees more risqué than you typically wear. Wear them. Let him know, some hours in advance, that you're wearing something special just for him.

Well..... besides the obvious, your mouth is a very sexual organ. Use your lips and tongue on as much of his body as you can! Start with his ears and neck then slowly go down to his chest, tummy... as far as you are comfortable with. Then it's up to you, finishing it of with a very slow hand job.
