ihave been thinkin about wheels so was thinking of 303 zipps would they give me much advantage all year round on timetrial road race an hill climb an trading in my mavic es what do u think guys ?

Are you going to be buying the clincher or tubular version? The clincher version is fiarly heavy and probably no better than your Mavic ES's, which by the way are great wheels. The tubular version of the 303 is very light. If yo are ready for tubulars, these are a good way to go. Just be advised that they are probaly not great for everyday riding. The carbon rim is not as durable as aluminum and requires a special brake shoe.

You're right, by far the best way to improve your bikes performance is to get good wheels!

A lighter wheelset will give you an advantage on the hills, no doubt about it. The Zipp 303's are an excellent choice, But . . . .Do you know how much they cost? Eeeek ! !

If you have the spare cash, then go for it! (If I had, I would!)

I think you need spelling ang grammar lessons.
I'd also suggest ( if it wasn't for the fact that you are a keen cyclist) that you get out more.
