Princess, I understand your pain, regarding adultery! I also understand the need to be nearer to God as He truly is the ONE who walks with us in our deepest valley's, of life.
I respect you for your question and I will try to give you all the advice I know!
To have a relationship with Him, we must recognize that we are all sinful. That Christ came to earth, was crucified, died and resurrected on the third day. If you understand this and believe, by faith, that Jesus is the Son of God, who shed His blood for the redemption of all, then you are well on your way to developing a deep and abiding relationship, with the Lord!
Seek Him! Just as you are doing by reading the scriptures! Seek Him through prayer as it is conversing with our Creator! Truly open your heart up and speak to Him as though He is standing right there....because He is! Whoever calls upon the Lord, shall be saved as He hears all! Seek God's movement in your life, as the deeper your relationship becomes, the more you can see His Hands upon your life!
How very wise you are to seek God, your Creator, the ONE who will always love you more than anyone can! I am rejoicing in the fact you have found solace in the scriptures. As an older woman, (granny) I have learned that forgiveness, is one of the greatest forms of love! In fact, Jesus said that we must forgive one another or, He will not forgive us, before His Father which is in Heaven! I understand this as we cannot carry unforgiveness and be happy in any relationship. How very special you are, in today's world!
Please know that I have been praying as I have answered you, This prayer will not stop as I feel very compeled to reach out my hand to you, as a Sister, in Christ Jesus!

Your in a good spot believe it or not -your thirsty and hungry for God's Word- the most precious start for you is your own relationship with Him through His Word.
Just keep your trust in Jesus and God they will not stir you the wrong way.
"Seek first the Kingdom of God and ALL his Righteousness and all things shall be added to you"
" If God is for you who can be against you?"
The second thing is take notice in what you are listening to,what your watching and what you talk about. Ask God to take away things that will hinder your walk with Him at this time. Let Him cut off those things ,some hurt ,some don't but He has your best interest at His Heart and Mind. God Loves you:)
Okay...We need fellowship with others to encourage each other and come together to praise and worship . He diserves it, right? Plus to get faith it comes only by hearing the Word of God. I go to a Non_Denominational Church I love the jamming music. My Pastor has been a Spiritual Father for me and enjoy church can't live with out it,if I miss it one time my week is a mess.
"God is a Spirit; Those that Worship Him Must Worship Him in Spirit and Truth."
I pray that God will give you discerment in these things and don't take my word for it it been a long journey and had to figure things out my self. I found out that the world stuff has Nothing on God's stuff. I love to serve Him.
Oh Yeah! Satan comes to steal, kill and destroy us he comes after our faith and Joy which is our strenght in Him so be renewed everyday in His Word and don't let the cares of this world get between you and God.
Get some good music! Music has always been my favorite thing-You can find some on my 360 page if you want to your welcomed to email me as well.

OK, I am not exactly an expert at helping people with things like these. But I am a Christ-Follower, so I would love to try and help you. You said you have been reading the Bible...? Well, have you ever been told the ( I know this sounds just like what a person stereotyping Christian's would think I would say, but...) "gospel"? The reason I say that with quotations is that the whole Bible is the gospel, not just Matthew, Mark, Luke or John. But really, what you need to do to become a Christian is confess that you are a sinner and can never, will never be able to, at all, fix that on your own. No way. And that God cannot be around any kind of sinner because he is perfect and without any kind of sin. Then you need to realize that God loved you enough that he sent His son to earth to live an absalutely perfect life and then to die a horrible, painful death and then rise again for you. Just for you, so that you could be with God. There are no certain words or chants or rituals you need to do to accept this. Just pray to Him and tell him all of this and that you accept His wonderful gift for you. And then you need to start living out your new life. Live out your Christianity. You don't need to go buy a bullhorn and Bible tracks and pass them out (in fact, I beg of you DONT), but you do need to just simply live the way that God would want you to. I will be praying for you. Email me if you'd like more information. :)

You have begun at the right place. You are reading the Bible and finding answers. This is wonderful. I have seen many Christians that don't do this. As you draw near to God, He will draw near to you. Sometimes it may feel like God is not there, but He never leaves us or forsakes us! You can talk to God like you would talk to us. You can tell Him your problems, and He will answer. Many times it is in scripture, as you have found, other times it may be through another person, or even at times He talks to you in an audible voice. If you don't have a good church to go to, I recommend finding one. Also there are some very good people on here to connect to that can help out and pray. I will pray for you, and if you like, recommend some others to you that will pray and fellowship with you.

Hi Princess,
this just grabs my heart! You are going the absolute right direction and I am SO PROUD of you for doing that at this really hard time in your life. There is NO ONE that can help you more that God can! He has ALL the answers for you and is right beside you all the way.
I want to give you some promises from the Bible that will help you. Just claim them for yourself and pray them back to God.
"If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it SHALL be given him." James 1:5
"In all thy ways acknowledge Him and He SHALL DIRECT THY PATHS." Proverbs 3:6 (there's your guidance)
" For God hath NOT given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." 2 Timothy 1:7
one more....." I will NEVER leave thee, nor forsake thee."
Hebrews 13:5 (last part)
I know you are hurting and don't have all the answers....but God DOES and He WILL help you figure everything out! He sees the big picture of your life and knows exactly what is best for you. I will pray for you .....to trust Him with your life.
(email me if you need to talk to someone)

Is there a local Calvary Chapel in your community? If not, I would encourage you to check out a non-denominational church.
1) Ask Jesus to forgive yours sins to begin the healing process. Your husband has sinned against you and you were the one done wrong. Nobody is perfect, so we need to ask to forgive you for any bitterness, anger, etc.
2) Get a bible(new king james version or new internation version) and start reading with the gospel of john
3) Read your bible and pray on a daily basis
4) Join a bible teaching church
5) Get involved with other Christians so that you might be encouraged.
May the Lord bless you,
God will work it out if you trust Him

The name of the Father is YHVH. The name of the Savior is YAHOSHUA. The Disciples were "called Christians" in Antioch, but Scripture never tells us they accepted that name. Acts 4:12 tells us there is only one name under which we can be saved. Acts 26:14 tells us that it is in Hebrew. The Torah (the first 5 books of Scripture) are the wedding contract between YHVH and His bride. His bride takes His name, and is obedient to His rules (See Leviticus) They worship on the right day, in the right way, and eat the right things (etc). I have great sympathy about the lack of leadership. I suggest increasing "B" vitamins-- nutritional yeast is a good start.

Would you read the book of John. While reading it, please pray and ask Jesus to come into your life, and your heart. And surrender to Him. Let Him be your shelter from your troubles and confess your sins to be washed by His blood and made clean. Read your Bible and pray every day. Find a really good Christian church to attend, one that strictly teaches from the Bible only. Fellowship with other Christians, they are your family in Christ and can be the strength you need in those of trouble. Your family will also benefit because of your faith and soon everything will be much different, like night and day. God Bless you. Here is my email if you would like to talk more kellidazy@yahoo.com. I hope the link below is of help also.

Your doing the right thing by reading the Bible. Don't stop. The best way to build a relationship with Christ is by reading His Word and by talking to Him. Don't be afraid to tell Him how your feeling. Talk to Him like you would to your best friend. That's exactly who He wants to be. He's sure to listen. He's the only one that can help you deal with the pain that your going through. What your feeling is not going to go away over night. But if your willing to make your marriage work, It's going to take time. Find you a Church that preaches the Gospel of Jesus Christ with a Pastor that you would be comfortable talking with. You need someone to talk to about this besides your husband. Because if you bring this up with your husband all the time you'll never be able to get past it. It will only cause bitter feelings to emerge over and over again. Youve got to let it go with him if your going to ever find it in your heart to forgive him. Remember, you'll never forget , but with Christ, you can learn to forgive. (in time)

By admitting you're lost. I know it will be hard, but these problems you're having, you need to lay them at Jesus' feet. When you completely let go of all of this, it will be like a 1000 pounds have been lifted off you.
Personal experience
God Bless
