Dude, Jesus is an Idol. Those damn Apostles used him the way Satan wanted to use Moses's corpse to emass a following. Jesus didn't even want the Christian church to be created. He wanted the corruption of the original Jewish church to end. There's nothing wrong with the Old Testament just the way it was. The problem was that the teachers of the day lost sight of the old ways and the church as a whole became corrupt as a result.
So many Christians rattle that "I am the way, the truth, and the light..." verse off as all the evidence they need that you can't get into heaven without Jesus. Well...
A. How many times in the New Testament does he make that claim? and...
B. What were they talking about in that Chapter? What was that statement a response to? IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH JESUS BEING THE ONLY WAY TO BE SAVED!!!
Any child of GOD can make that claim. Any child of GOD can make any of the claims Jesus made. The Apostles either didn't understand that, or they did want to.

To discipleabct:
Abraham was in Heaven. Was he also without sin?
Some other guy went straight to Heaven. He didn't even die. Was he, too sinless??
Something else I don't like about Christianity is that so many ilkleged Christians say things like "You need to read the Bible more" as though to denote that you know less than they do, when in reality, they're the ones that could stand to read a little nore.

first if you knew anything about the Bible you would understand that the OT and the NT go hand in hand, the NT is the completion of the OT, Jesus fulfills everything that is in the OT, he makes numerous references to the OT, and without the OT there would be no NT and vice verse.
Second, Jesus didn't come to end the corruption of the Jewish church (which isn't a church in the first place). He came to help people realize that the Kingdom of God was here and was coming...and Jesus came to prepare us for the Kingdom.
How could the Apostles not understand Jesus' teaching? when they were hand picked by Jesus, followed Jesus for years, and when they did something wrong, Jesus corrected them. He would stop and let them know when they were wrong and the way the Kingdom was intended.
I think you need to look into Christianity again, or at least find somebody who will answer your questions, because you are way off on a lot of things.

Any child of G-D cannot make that claim, I haven't heard of anyone else suffering and dieing for our sins , and then raising from the grave and ascended into heaven, some say they are Jesus but that is all they can say. Jesus said no one goes to the Father but by me. Their is no other name under heaven by which you can be saved. The Apostles new Jesus was the Christ, the old testament even predicts his coming. Jesus in not an idol he said I and my Father are one, and you pray to G-D in the name of Jesus, he is the advocate between us and G-D. Jesus said to John upon this rock I will build my church meaning John the rock, the strong one, and not even the gates of hell will prevail against it. All the sacrificing that the Jews did in the old testament was leading up to the perfect sacrifice to pick up where Adam failed to become the perfect son of man, Jesus was sinless his blood covers our sins just as the perfect lambs covered the sins of the Jews in the old testament. He was the final sacrifice.

Becasue He was the one perfect sacrifice for all sin. There was nothing wrong witht he Old Testament, but we (humans) could not uphold the Law. We were incapable of following God's Law! So, God offered us a solution. He came down to earth, in flesh, toexperience what it was like to struggle with the desires of the flesh. He then, after succeeding in His struggle and living a life without sin, gave His flesh as the final sacrifice. Not only did He make that sacrifice, but He conquered the consequence of sin, death. Now, all we have to do is accept the blood of Christ as the sacrifice for our sin and He will cover our sin so that we may be pure and holy and worthy of entry into heaven and into His presence. There are more than the verse you quoted that say that Jesus is the only way..."no man can come to the Father except through me." is just one that comes to mind.

You are misled. Or just blind....I'm not sure which.
Isaiah 45:21
"There is no God apart from me, a righteous God and a Savior; there is none but me."
Acts 4:12 "Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved."
John 8:24 "For unless you believe that I am He, you will die in your sins"
1 Timothy 2:5 "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"
Galations 2:21 "I do not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ died for nothing!"

Watch your words dude. Jesus did not come to destroy the law but to fufill the law. He was the final sacrifice for the atonement of our sins. We owe him everything, but can never pay him back for what he did. He is not an idol, he is God.
In the beginning there was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God....
The Word became flesh.

Before Jesus died for our sins no one, and I mean no one that had 1 sin was allowed in heaven, (they take it by force),
The thief that was crucified with Jesus was the second, to get into heaven, Lazarus was the first, besides those sent by God the Father, as Jesus, and John the Baptist.
But because it was not the harvest time yet the thief had time to be born again. (To try to overcome his sins)
Before Jesus there was no harvest, nor judgments, because no one was worthy for getting into heaven, GRACE was God's gift to us paid for by His Son Jesus. This at least allowed us to get into heaven, where now we could be judged by our WORKS. If our good works outweighed our bad works we were allowed to stay in heaven, but some of us would just make it by the skin of teeth, but we would be naked, for our good works make up our white robes, that are given to us. How would you feel if you had to stand before God the Father and Jesus naked.
But you are correct the God of Moses is Satan.
Jesus said I am the way, meaning watch out for false prophets and false christ.
John 3:14 -18 is the most deceiving message given by the churches. in it Jesus tells you can believe in whom ever you TRUST, but above all you must believe in God the Father.

There is a ton wrong with the o.t. starting with it not being scripture. None of it is credible or true and only fools would waste any time trying to interpret or understand it. Stop wasting your valuable time reading foolishness and let Jesus educate you about the REAL creation account He gave us in The Apocryohon of John.

Any member of the human race can make those claims, you're correct.
Only Jesus Christ was raised alive from the dead, however.
THAT'S why He is THE way, THE truth, and THE LIFE (not light).
