It will be a private ceremony without guests. Just looking for some place secluded and private to exchange vows and make it official. Any ideas?

I've been to all the islands and when I read your question, the first place to pop in my mind was Kapalua Beach on Maui. A sunset wedding would be awesome. Here's a photo we took just after sunset there: http://www.govisithawaii.com/2007/08/22/pausing-to-admire-a-maui-sunset/
We had the beach all to ourselves.

You can find some helpful info here on planning a wedding in Hawaii: http://www.govisithawaii.com/2007/08/03/getting-hitched-in-hawaii-resources-for-planning-a-wedding-in-hawaii/

Some other places you might want to explore are:

Hope this helps. Aloha

All beaches on Hawaii are public, so if you have your wedding on a beach, it is unlikely to be private or secluded.

I was married at The Old Lahaina Luau in Maui. They have a private location where the ceremony takes place....beautiful! For the reception, you and your guests attend one of the best Luaus on the islands. Highly recommended.

Hana, Maui
Rice Park upcountry Maui in Kula ~ http://www.co.maui.hi.us/parks/maui/east/HaroldRicePark.htm
Mt. Tantalus Oahu (if it's open) overlooking Honolulu City Lights ~ http://gohawaii.about.com/od/oahusights/ss/tantalus.htm

The cliffs overlooking the ocean facing Molokai & the sunset , on the grassy hills, on the Kapalua Bay Hotel Property. I've seen at least 20-30 weddings there, unbelievable sunset. Call Kapalua first they are renovating, but venue may still be available ~ http://www.google.com/search?ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&sourceid=navclient&gfns=1&q=Kapalua+Bay+Hotel+Wedding

On the oldest and northernmost island (is in called Nawiliwili, or is that the port?), go to the Na Pali Coastline.

I think it's the most scenic place in Hawaii.

Either that, or somewhere on Maui.

At the top of roundtop drive in Oahu there's this little park with a lookout Puu Ualakaa Park. Its beautiful and you can see the view of the entire city in the background. Here is a picture if you're interested:
