So, I have been dating this guy for 3 months. We hang out frequently, he calls/texts me daily and I'm pretty sure that he is not seeing anyone else. I'd like to know if we are dating exclusively or not. Should I ask or wait for him to bring it up?

Yes, you need to do a relationship check.
After all, if he is dating other people you have to know that. You have the right to date other people to.

If you want to know then I see no reason why you should wait for him to bring it up....sometimes they do, but nothing wrong with you asking.
