Talk with your doctor about their weight. You can find plenty of healthy recipes online. My favorite is whole wheat spegetti with hamber in a chunky veggie sauce. Or chicken alfredo lasauna with broccoli, carrots and cauliflower. Make sure you feed your kids well but healthy. I would not load them up on junk food just to get them to gain weight. they need healthy weight gain from healthy foods. Talk to a dietition, nutrionalist, or a doctor to find out what is a healthy weight and how to get them there.
I'm curious why they are so thin or why you think they need to gain weight. wheither is gaining or loosing, don't let your children with as young as they are get side tracked about the "perfect" body type. Let kids be kids. If they are built to be small, then that is the way they are supose to be. if you feed them, and they are healthy they should not be under weight unless there is a medical problem.
Please don't start your kids off with a weight complex, high or low. They are too young to be concered with it.

before everything -- God Bless you for stepping as much as the plate!! attempt fat -- upload butter (no longer margarine) to the vegis, positioned it on breads, etc. Get them new child's supplementations with iron (for the anemia), yet they might get constipated considering that they do no longer seem for use to it, in simple terms have some apple cider available (definite cider, no longer juice, it works extra effective). Introduce them to spaghetti (use macaroni, extra convenient to deal with for now). this could't be 'fixed' in one day, in simple terms shop each and every of the solid issues going into them and nature will look after the rest. do no longer overdo the cookie/cake/stuff as which will reason different problems while they're so underweight. focus on the fat and carbs precise now. And the supplementations. sounds like the vegis and culmination are ok. solid success and God Bless! Sorry, in simple terms concept-approximately some thing else -- considering that he fills up on the vegis, have him consume numerous the spaghetti first and then the vegis OR shrink the vegis up in the spaghetti sauce -- he will a minimum of get the fat from the sauce if he won't consume the pasta. How approximately pizzas with meat and vegis?

I am in the same boat as you are. My almost 3 year old barely eats anything and is sooo skinny! We are now giving him pediasure and ensure to make sure he gets all his nutrients. Next month he is going to see a GI who is thinking about giving him some medicine to increase his appetite. If you email me I will let you know if that helps and tell you the name of the medication.

Give them pedia sure and feed them high cal low fat foods at meals and for snacks. Whole milk and cheeses are good and so is peanut butter. Also make them shakes using ice cream and the pedia sure. You can add fresh or frozen fuit to this. If they like nuts then keep nuts around to snack on. Try celery sticks spread with peanut butter. Crackers with bit size pieces of cheese etc.

When my little brother was 3, he stopped eating and the doctor gave him iron to give him an appetite. Maybe Spatone sachets or something.
Do they eat lots of carbs - wholemeal pasta, bread, potatoes, rice? Dont worry too much, they will get hungrier as they get older. :) Try Lorraine Kellys book for kids recipes that they can help prepare and then they might want to eat it.
Good luck :)

All of the fats and calories that you normally would avoid in your food, you have to leave in theirs. For example, they need to be drinking whole milk. Ice cream is good. I gave my son Carnation Instant Breakfast. He thought it was chocolate milk, but there were calories & nutrients in there. He was crazy about cocoa, so he got it whenever he asked. I got some good calories in, but I pushed calories of any type.

Depends on lots of things you really do need to get proffesional medical help.
An old friend could eat all the meat pies etc put in front of him
but to gain weight he had to eat fish veg yogurts to gain weight and remove all red meat from his diet.
Why do they need to gain weight ? is it your personal choice ? or are there other reasons ?

Tell friends, family and work fellow workers that you’re dieting. Support from your people around you keeps anyone motivated, stops you from cheating and makes it less likely that you will fall off the wagon.
