For the last few days I've noticed an increase in my anxiety. I've been more jittery than ever. My blood pressure has slightly increased, its not high yet but in the upper normal range. Each morning I wake up and my stomach irritates me. It irritates me from time to time and settles down when i eat. Im not sure if its stress related or something worse. I am a hypochondriac so now i think i got diabetes or something else like a stomach ulcer. I havent been eating healthy lately but the last few days i tried to because of my stomach. Im hoping this is all stress cause ive been very stressed with school work and preparations for college. I am only 17 but i have bad anxiety and bad hypochondria. I currently see a doctor for anxiety but havent been to a physician lately and am trying to get to one within the next few weeks. My left leg also feels weird sometimes, it doesnt feel weak but a little different. Im mainly concerned about my stomach right now and is why i think i have diabetes

Here is a tip. Some people can eat three very large meals a day. Some can eat two large meals a day. However some have to eat 'little' but 'often' and I think you fall into that. My Nephew had the same problem and it was explained as a drop in blood sugar levels during the day. Therefore he had to eat something every three hours and thankfully grew out of it, although he is 6 feet tall. So keep little snack to hand, healthy ones if you wish. Have a small breakfast and then three hours later have a snack, then lunch and a snack, then dinner and a snack. Stress can speed up the body's metabolism, so chances are you are digesting your food fast and need to have a snack every three hours.

Have a problem with you connecting diabetes to stomach distress. Would also wonder why you are having anxiety when being treated by someone who treats that problem...You not getting any relief from the treatment????

What I am picking up from your descriptive narration, is a little imbalance with the autonomic nervous system..Mainly involving the cranial nerves.. May I suggest you apply some pressure to the base of the skull and find out what it does.

The problem with the leg suggests a bit of low back problem setting in. Minor nerve irritation being exhibited. You are pretty young to be having these problems but such problems will have an effect on what you think and often, what you do. Would easily explain the tendency to hypochondriac tendencies.

May want to check something else while you are at it. Place your feet together (standing) and then close your eyes. You may find yourself leaning or falling to one side or the other. This would suggest a problem developing within the spine.itself. The beginning of an adaptive process, which will alter the curvature of the spine.

If you would like to know what these findings you make really mean, can contact me.
