Office Suite usually refers to Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook. The professional suite includes Access. It can also apply to any other group of word processing/spreadsheet./graphics. I suppose LPNs use it the same way most do - for creating documents, tracking information, and sending mail.
