As both countries are in the EU, there isn't any opportunity to buy duty-free. I'm pretty sure that you are allowed to bring anything you like that's legal, as long as it's for your own personal consumption. You will have paid French duty on your purchases.

Firstly, there haven't been any "duty-free" limits in the E.U. for years. There are, however, guidances which have no validity in law. It is possible to import as much alcohol and tobacco goods as you like as long as you like, as long as you can convince a Customs Officer that it is for your own consumption and not for resale.

by aircraft you have restrictions because of weight.by ship not duty free shops you have a maximum allowance.look up hm customs and excise.
