well, i'm italian,,, here we are some agency, one, maybe the most famous is called "manpower" which his occupation is to find a job for other people... you can send them a curriculum vitae, explaining why you'd like to work in italy..
here a lot of multinational search for people who speak english good... so, if you're american i dont think you'll have so much problems.. buona fortuna, ciao!
