Ipek unfortunately i can never get an answer from them. And they are not blocked like they do to us. Because you know some ask questions to the population and block the population so it's like they like answering and asking questions between themselves which shows shallowness for me.

I agree with him.
Note to Marie M: You shouldn't use Wikipedia...it's not a valid source. Did you know that Sinbad was dead? Well, wikipedia confirmed that last week and they were WRONG.

Thanks istanbullu arkadaş,
Norman Stones is very important American historian and i agree with him.
especialy ,these sentences are important.
"The British were in occupation of Istanbul for four years after the war and examined all of the files of the Ottoman government. They found nothing, and therefore could not try the 100-odd supposed Turkish war criminals that they were holding. Then, documents turned up, allegedly telegrams from the interior ministry to the effect that all Armenians should be wiped out."

here is very important news ,too!

My thoughts are this if you watch and examine the "Armenian Genocide" thesis, their arguments and scholars that subscribe to that thesis, they do a magnificent job in defaming an entire race of people and dead men.

Now we all know that "dead men can not sue" so it is open slather for all and sundry. However, when it comes to the real live Historians and others that are a live and well, "Armenian Genocide" sympathisers and their scholars are very good at keeping just within the laws of defamation. They are all too aware that if they say or impute that a particular living Historian is a "Liar" or "Dishonest" then they can be sued. Look at what happened to Sam Weems and ANCA, and the legal dispute between those two entities, as well as other living persons and various "Armenian Genocide" sympathisers, when push comes to shove in a legal dispute they cave in and retract their comments and issue unconditional apologies.

They are my thoughts on the matter. If you want details of legal disputes between entities which are on the public record just e - mail me.

My thoughts are proven right again, this time from an American historian.

Now the question is: What are the thoughts of the so called genocide supporters?

What excuse are they going to find this time to counter attack an historian??

Will any of them dare to say that we ' bought' this historian too ??

I am very curious..

Norman Stone is british academic who was born in Glasgow, Scotland on March 8, 1941, he is not an American Historian. He was a college professor at Koc University, Istanbul. However, currently Stone is returning to Bilkent University, Ankara, to teach for the 2007-2008 academic year. Stone also guest lectures at Bogazici University, Istanbul. Stone keeps a house in the Galata neighborhood of Istanbul, and spends his time between Turkey and England.
Armenians can't accuse you of buying your own historians I am sure they would know that you would not have to pay them.
Why would someone give me a thumbs down? For speaking the truth? Wow!

His views are similar if not exact to what Turkish people believe today.

I am sorry but I can not validate his sincerity because of his strong connection with Turkey.

Living and working in Turkey are convincing factors that he most likely did all of his research on the Armenian Genocide there too.

BTW- I never blocked you even though we both disagree on almost every issue, you are always polite.
