i have the large size sausage, not the breakfast size. I will be putting them in oven in about 1/2 hour.
Anyone have any different ideas to cook em?
i usually just cook for a bit then add some bbq sauce on them.
i have sourrkroout ( i know spelt wrong...it blocks) i was gonna serve on side but i dont think i want to bake them with it.
i have a few different bbq sauces, hot sauce, worcestershire, hp, ketchup, etc
and they are also being accompanied with roasted potatoes with garlic, onion, rosemary and balsamic vinegar.
I dont need to do anything different although i would like to hear any suggestions
thanks to all who answer

how about adding some bell pepper and onion in to bake with the sausage?

Sausages approx 8mins at one hundred sixty'C. (assuming sausage 8's, ie 8 to a lb, and not frozen) rather could use a temperature probe to make sure cooked via - hit an absolute minimum of seventy two'C, rather objective at-least to seventy 5'C. Puddings you mean, white puddings, black puddings, crimson puddings and so on??? finished in batter??? same applies use one hundred sixty'C oil and could hit same middle temperature. Time relies upon on the scale yet i might say common sized puddings approximately 12mins. Fried egg - seconds it is going to drop interior the fat and then upward push as much as the ideal and could be finished. each and every of the bits of crumb and so on interior the fat will carry to the egg and it ought to have crispy side. To be elementary this variety of cooking is the backside end of the industry and is so undesirable and un-necesary, in case you have varied sausages to cook much less complicated to do them interior the oven for 25mins giving the tray a shake as quickly as 0.5 way via. Puddings do in the two the oven or micro and eggs are obtrusive varied different recommendations.

I like your ideas. One suggestion, I would put the sausage in a foil packet before baking. It helps make the skin crispy! Yummy!

take the skins off and roll them into meatballs?...make several cuts to one side and turn them into wheels?...or...make a batter pudding mix...and make a UK dish called "toad-in-the-hole"...
