I'm sure it will. My only question is does it have mayonnaise? If so, it depends on where you work.
If you work in an office environment where it's cool, then yes it's fine. If it's been in the heat, then I wouldn't eat it.

It's not safe to leave food unrefrigerated for longer than two hours. That was a good tip from the person who said to put it in a bowl of ice....
The person who said EIGHT HOURS needs to get a new trainer, if that's what they were told....EIGHT HOURS is just begging for a case of food poisoning....No matter how much your co-workers like your pasta salad, they aren't going to forget it if you give them food poisoning....

Depends..really, I guess people would say it wouldnt be, but I never put my food in the fridge in work, and I've been fine, and I've had pasta salads etc...
I probably wouldnt advice it if you lived somewhere really hot though.

My trainer says you can leave stuff with mayo out for about 6 hrs. No mayo up to 8hrs.

I wouldn't. Unless you have it on an ice bath. And take the temperature of it all the time. Should be less than 40 degrees.
