Well, first you talk to her for a while (a few days/ or a week) then you say..."Hey _____ doing anything tonight? Want to catch a movie?" (or whatever it is you want to do with her). If she says she can't say "How about sometime next week?" If you get a date from her, she wants to go out. If she refuses the 2nd time, you're going to have to get her to like you more before she'll go out with you.
And be confident and polite when you ask. If she does go out with you, be a gentleman (sincere compliments/open doors/ pay/etc)

ok DO NOT listen 2 that starnia guy or w/e...id b TTLY turned off if some guy said that 2 me...wat u do is you write her a note asking her out or ask her 2 her face just say do you want 2 go out w/ me, the worst that can happen is she says no and even if she does just tell her u were kidding or sumthin

say that if their free sat night and if they want to go to themovies or something. if they are not free ask for another date like next saturday. trust me im 18 and i had like sevn girlfriends i my whole life
