Try changing your shoes, might be they are not giving you the correct support. Why one foot, because we all have different leg lengths, so get some shoes that will support the feet, which in turn support the weight of the body.

definite, leg cramps are relatively common once you're pregnant, exceptionally from the 2d trimester onwards while your abdomen's significant weight places a super form of tension on your leg muscular tissues, whether you don't get cramps pre-being pregnant. while i became into pregnant i chanced on that I in many situations get leg cramps while a million) i've got been on my feet all day, 2) i are not getting adequate calcium. the main significant source i think of, may well be in case you have been on your feet all day. The spot the place the cramp became into might experience such as you bruised it or like a nerve or muscle have been given tousled interior if the cramp lasted an prolonged time and became into no longer relieved right this moment, and that's amazingly standard. while i became into pregnant, i chanced on that to sidestep the cramps, I could do the stretching workouts stated by utilising "what to anticipate once you're watching for" religiously, as in each and every night in the previous going to mattress, whether i've got not been on my feet all day. paradoxically, you may no longer element your feet out, yet particularly pull them in (they could desire to element in the direction of your chest) until eventually you experience the pull on your calf section, then carry them in that place for a number of seconds. I used to do them mendacity down in mattress if i'm feeling lazy or drained, and it consistently works. additionally, my OB greater advantageous my calcium dosage as quickly as I reported having cramps, from a million pill an afternoon to as much as 3 pills an afternoon. This helped. in case you do get a cramp, have the hubby or somebody else push your foot (on the leg the place the cramp is) in the direction of your chest as perplexing as s/he can at the same time as your knee is pushed down (so as that your leg keeps to be rapidly) until eventually the cramp eases. it relatively is gonna harm like hell, yet doing that could reason the cramp to circulate away a lot quicker.
