A cheese blower is not something you buy, it is something you have on your body to blow cheese.
You can also use it to find out if Mary Guardias is a biscuit.

You could make one by taking an average sized cheese grater, and attaching a small rotating fan to it with a heavy duty paper clip! Then, just get out of the way and let er rip!
