When you say sore, do you mean just sore as in muscle or sore as if someone has a red hot carving knife and is carving you like the Thanksgiving Turkey? If it is the first, perhaps you should leave the Chiropractor alone for a month and see if it settles down. If you are the Turkey, then that is neuropathy, the nerves are misfiring, could be a underlying cause in which case see a Doc. I had this and they gave my Lyrica which solved the problem and so nice not to be the Turkey that is being carved with a red hot knife.

Your chiropractor is trained to differentially diagnose this. Tell him or her that you need to be re-examined, or ask what your "differential diagnosis" is and if further testing needs to be done. If you don't have exercises or stretches to do for it yet, you should ask for some.
