Have you been camping lately? Have you had any untreated water from a stream or pond?

You could have amoebas or giardia, both conditions from drinking contaminated water. It gives you smelly "rotten egg" burps.

I believe, but am not sure, that it can be treated with antibiotics.

many reasons...
One of the more common reasons is lactose intolerance or an allergy to dairy products which can be associated with nausea and gas as well as diarrhea.

The rotten eggs smell comes from sour stomach. Good ole Nexum (and they make different kinds) will solve that problem but you have to get your doctor to write you out a prescription. and laid off spicy food

Keep a food diary. It is probably a certain thing you are eating that is causing the problem. I get those just before I get severe diarrhea from a food intolerance.

Sour stomach...sometimes baking soda and or alka seltzer can help........to relieve the acid in the stomach......but it will probably go away pretty quickly.......just watch what you eat or drink as somethings can make it worse..............
