This month I discharged a three year parloe here in California.
I also have six strikes against me and have done over 27 years in prison.
Now I want to travel with my Church Missions Group.

Wow, are you American, just go by your local post office with your birth certificate. you re on the Internet, why not look it up its as easy as posting this question

Go to the Post Office & get the forms, you can always try & it makes a good ID if nothing else.

Be advised that many countries will not allow a felon to enter the country. I know for example you would not be able to enter Canada.
