Its just soo hard to deal with difficult customers. You still have to bear it and deal with it. You can't scold them so just be firm and polite at the same time if possible. Some customers can be really rude & demanding at times.Which is really sad..

Man they area getting really bad lately. Customers stay bad until the middle of Janurary. the have to sober up after the holidays.
So to deal with them try not to take their abuse and demands seriously. Stay focused of providing customer service, just do you job the best you can and that is all you can do.

It all depends on whether you want them to be future customers. Try to remain professional, listen to their complaints and do the best you can to satisfy them. There are some obnoxious people out there that you can never make happy so dont feel bad if you have to say that you are sorry that they feel that way but that you have done all you can do to try to satisfy them.

I think you need to make sure you have your contracts with them in WRITING...make sure everything is legal. Make sure you are pleasant, polite and professional with them and try to make them happy. If they get ticked off because they are just being difficult you have your contract and can sue them if necessary.
