I have a job interview today at Subway and it will be my first interview ever so I'm kind of nervous. Anyways, I know that they might ask me what my good and bad qualities are. I don't want to give an actual bad quality, but rather something that can be seen as a positive, for example, saying that I'm a perfectionist. Can anyone think of anything else like this? A "bad" quality that can be beneficial at a job? Thanks!

I am too hard on myself
I can sometimes by overly detailed in my work
I always try to learn more about a job/function/project than is usually necessary to do the job. I often find my self doing research and reading after hours to make sure I know everything.
Sometimes people think I'm shy. I'm not, I would just rather get my work done than stand around talking.
I don't have a weakness that would affect my ability to do this role successfully.
One of my weaknesses is that I tend to be impatient with people who aren't willing to pull their full weight and give 110%."
I am a poor speller and often have to rely on spell check (this is a good one because it is a very insignificant weakness, most employeers arent going to care) or I'm not good at math. Choose something that has no role in the job you are applying for.
Tend to go to any limits while helping my friends.
I'm too focused on work and need to develop some after hours hobbies

Dont use the perfectionistic one, that is so overused, employeers see right through that one as a canned insincere response. I myself have had a negative response to that one.

One thing that I did when I worked for Subway that went against the "code" was cut up the things that they wanted in their salad. Subway's way was to lay the tomatoes and everything whole a certain way on top, but that wouldn't make ti very easy to eat, so I would cut them up. My customers always asked for me to make their salad because I didn't care if I got in trouble for cutting them up. That's the way they wanted it, so that was the way I was going to make it. I got promoted fast for putting customers first. If they were to ask me what my "bad quality" would be, I would say, "I put the customer first even if it went against policy." I would explain what I meant then.

I always said that I hated leaving work unfinished at the end of the day or that I disliked filing so I never let it pile up and did it daily.

How about "I'm too nice to people -- I tend to think of the feelings of others before I think of myself." Perfect for someone in food service.

Well you can say:
I'm too strict with money,
I boast about how good Subway is...
