Albert Einstein said that insanity is repeating the same thing over and over and expecting different results.
War and violence have been tried over and over - each time expecting it to be the "war to end all wars" or similar hopeful prognostications about the ability of violence to elicit peace.
This is insane. It is time to try peace for once. As far as I know it has only been tried once - the Iroquois nation of the now North America - and even then the Europeans brought their insanity with them.
Peace NOW
Peace and Blessings,
Imam Salim

Violence isn't the answer for most questions, love is the answer. However, for some questions violence is the only answer.

Peace, serenity, communication, diplomacy, respect, rationality, understanding ....
There are many options prior to violence. The only time that violence is justified is when one is in immediate danger and there is no other option.
If someone is throwing a punch at me, I'll defend myself. If someone is harming another, I'll defend them. That is very different than a pre-emptive strike against a person or persons that one perceives might be intending harm at some future date. Until harm is immanent, a violent response is not justified.

1Jo 4:7 Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.
1Jo 4:12 No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.
1Cr 13:4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.
1Cr 13:5 It is not rude, it is not self‑seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
1Cr 13:6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
1Cr 13:7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
1Cr 13:8 Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.
