okay, so i was hungry and the microwave in my dorm room is old. i cook something for three minutes, go outside for a second, come back in and the kitchen is filled with smoke and the microwave melted the bowl and burned the food.

now I'm not hungry. of course i was rushing trying to clean up everything....so my adrenaline was pumping.

is there a connection?

Well besides the fact you almost burned your dorm down, yes having an adrenaline rush will make you not hungrey, its all about the speed and amount of blood pumping, just think about times were you were so mad or upset, were you hungry? Probably not...your body gets discrated and doesnt think about food.

Adrenaline is used to kick your body into a defensive mode.

You don't think about eating when something else is trying to eat you.
