You'd be asking for trouble I think. On the other hand you might get away with it. How lucky do you feel?
My advice is DON'T.

The micro-wave is a viable method of cooking,...but in this circumstance, it wouldn't be advisable to just reheat and eat once cooked chicken from the micro. Not only would it be tough, all micros don't heat evenly so hot spots might make it appear done and some parts won't be heated sufficiently enough to kill bacteria growing on or in your froze chicken.
It would be best to thaw in your fridge and cook immediately after thawing. Soups or casseroles are good candidates for this and stewing the re-thawed chicken is another option.
Just remember that cooked chicken re-thawed still needs to be heated to about 165* to kill the organisms that might make you sick.

I wouldn't WARM it up in the micro wave, unless you want to be ill.
Let it defrost first then wrap it up in foil so its in a like a little envelope pocket, stick it on the oven on a medium heat 180/190 degrees for about 20 Min's, must always check to see if the meat is hot all the way through before eating, what you shouldn't do after that is let it cool and re heat again

be careful once defrosted the food should be consumed for two basic reasons
1 could be harmful for your health
2 the organic composition of the food is seriously comprised.
I can suggest, if you can't consume the whole chiken to split it in two parts and consume them as soon as defrosted. Ciao from Italy

you shouldnt really have frozen it a second time...to be safe.
If I were you, Id defrost it and cook / heat it thru slowly to ensure that you cook it properly / thoroughly
Just be careful. Chicken can be / is salmonella harbourer in this situation

You can but it will probably be tough and dry because essentially you're cooking it all over again. Your best bet is to put it in the refrigerator and let it thaw completely there and then heat it up.
It'll be much better that way.
