She has to be physically ready herself. Using anything that changes her mentality in any way "make her really horny" is considered rape.
If she's not physically ready, chances are she's not mentally ready either. A lot of girls don't want to have sex and aren't ready for it. They're so scared of losing their boyfriends that they lie about it. Then they regret it. Trust me.
