Money and the fact that my last dentist had a habit of just waiting for a cavity to form instead of telling me which area of my mouth I was not brushing enough.(I found this out one time when he neglected to close the door when he was dictating notes for my file)

It is a huge phobia of mine! I had a dentist as a child in TN, his name was..... you ready for this? Dr. Butcher! Honestly! His name fit. I'm 24 and cry just thinking about making an appointment!

i never went to a dentist not even once untill i was 12 cuz my parents couldnt afford it but now we have more mony so if i need to go i can ( =

i do not go to the dentist as i cannont find 1 that takes on nhs paitients,also i did find 1 dentist who took on nhs patients,but not if ur on incapcity benift.

1. too scared
2. cavities are scary, embarassing
3. good brushing is just as good
4. cant afford sedation dentistry

they want to remove part of my jaw to get my wisdom teeth out and thats sounds very crappy to me. i love getting my teeth cleaned by the dentist tho... its soooo nice feeling!!

money, pain, and i am afraid the dentist will criticize EVERYTHING in my mouth.. teeth too crooked, too many cavities, not flossing enough, not brushing enough,,,etc
