The only thing you can be certain of is that YOU exist. If god existed, I think he would have chosen to give us that knowledge. Now some folk are going to go bla bla bla "free will" and "god works in myserios ways." But think about it, YOU are the only thing that you know exists. Perhaps your very consiousness CREATES the universe around you. Perhaps your mind is the wellspring from which reality springs forth.
To put it another way, if god exists, where did he come from? Some will say "he always was and always will be." The same could be said of the universe or you for that matter.

No one can say for certain that God(s) do not exist. What we do have however is a clear picture of the evolution from ancient polytheistic and pantheistic religions to the faiths of today. Most organized religions, taken anywhere near a literal realm, have also been proven impossible from many angles.
So while I wont tell you that it would be impossible, just like I wont tell you that I am 100% certain that their are not flying pigs, we do not have any evidence to give any religion or God archetype any more creedence than any other archetype or idea that could come out of the human mind.

Of course God exists! You only have to look at our own bodies to see how wonderfully made they are, that the brain has the capacity it has for taking in knowledge etc.
Man was created with the inbuilt desire to worship. That is why many people worship things other than God. Some worship money, sports, other people etc.

There is no proof nor disproof that he does
Which is why I am a strong agnostic
I don't have any proof that anything like Christianity's "God" exists but I also can't prove that he doesn't exist. I am neutral.

Those who are chosen know. And I am one of those - I can't tell you how much it means to me.
I no longer have to wonder any more. And these words mean that:
13Jesus answered, "Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, 14but whoever drinks the water I give him will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life." ( John 4)
http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=John%204;&version=31;
So I don't have to wonder anymore. I don't thirst to know if there is a God anymore. I don't have to thirst to know if I just end up dying and that's it. There IS more to life! And I accepted that gift.
Everyone gets to make their own mind up. But if God chooses you, He can be most convincing!

I do believe that God exists. Everyone believes something different. In my opinion though, I think that there is no way that everything in this perfect universe came to be because of an accident.
Man, you R&S people are brutal. I'm going back to P&S where I belong.

He is very much alive in the imaginations of superstitious people . To non-superstitious people , it's all right here on earth . Supernaturals are only in the mind .
