Not hardly. My dog was bad when she peed on the floor. That doesn't make her evil or immoral.

since life is a big test, kindlr read the following example:
you can say the weather is bad, i had a bad test but it cant be evil or immoral
evil is evil when it hurts someone else. it is evil to kill, steal, seduce. because all these acts involve the harm of another person
immoral is unlike what the average person can do in his society or religion acts.
as for the fact of gods existence, i told u we r having a test and it seems u r going to fail the test.

no bad means failing to reach an acceptable standard :
In ethics, evil refers to behavior which does harm, is dishonest, or fails to honor agreements. In some religions, notably the Christian religion, evil is an active force. In the Christian religion, good is, by definition, what God commands, and Satan works to spread evil (disobedience) in the world. Evil thoughts are as serious as evil actions. In most cultures, evil is used to describe acts or thoughts which are contrary to an established religion, or which could bring about suffering and death — the opposite of good.

Not in my mind.
But then, I don't do the "evil"/"good" dichotomy. And I would suggest that bad is nothing more than not beneficial/constructive.
