The company sucks...plain and simple my hubby signed up and we suddenly started getting all kinds of stuff we kept sending back and sending back and wrote letters and called to no avail now they are trying to collect from us for something that was returned...go figure....like we didn't expect this after all the other problems we have had with them.

Actually the NAHC doesn't send stuff out. Companies pay the Club to use their name and send you offers. The things that are sent for you to test comes from the companies that make them. If you do not want to test anything then pull the club web page up and find the test link and hit the appropriate button to say Do Not send me. The thing that NAHC has that I really like is the swap hunts. I have had some great hunts and hosted some real nice guys in my state. I have written stories about some of these hunts. I am a charter member and a Life Member of the club.
I agree with the others. After you tell them to stop sending you items and they continue, either trash can it or keep it. Sooner or later they will get the message. And sending it back like one answer said is a very good way. They have to pay the postage for no sale.

RE:
North American Hunting Club?
Just wondering what your experiences have been with this club? Their accounting department seems to have some serious issues and I'm pretty tired of going to the post office to return all the stuff they send us to view. We've asked them several times to stop sending the stuff, but it...

SargeArmy is correct. NAHC is a royal PITA...They sell your address as well as your e-mail address if you are fool enough to give them one...-0- money goes towards anything to do with Hunting or Hunting rights. If you continue to get more unsolicited mail from them, simply call the Postal Inspectors Office of the United States Postal Service (Toll Free 1-800-275-8777 in Washington D.C. and file a complaint by phone. I did this myself and NAHC finally stopped after 9 months of letters and complaining to every one that would listen

Ya, they send me crap too. Not so much anymore though since I asked them to stop. They could send better or more than one item every year and a half to field test. Other than that there OK. I think money spent on clubs like the NRA, NWTF, or money donated to your local game commission is better. I don't think the NAHC gives enough effort to hunting politics either.

Anytime you receive an item by U S Mail that you do not want,
just write "Refused-Return to Sender" and drop it in a mailbox.
Don't open it or anything else. You don't have to accept it.
Also, if you receive anything that you did not order or ask for,
you don't have to return it if you don't want to. If you join a book
club, there is usually a minimum number you have to accept.
After that just tell whomever to cancel your subscription to the
book club.

NAHC is a mail order business. They provide nothing to the hunting community.
As far as the junk they send, if you have told them to stop sending stuff, and they continue, Keep it or trash it.
If you receive something that you have not ordered then you are not required to pay for it or return it. As far as the postal service is concerned it's a GIFT. You could check with the Postmaster but I believe that this is correct.

I was a member years ago, I fell for an offer to subscribe for a year, in return for a belt knife etc. Well, I never did get the belt knife, I was bombarded with "offers" from them, tried to do the same thing you are, to get them to stop sending so much stuff, but they never did. I enjoyed the magazine too, but got so tired of the junk mail I finally just canceled my membership.

I put a wood stove in my basement to take advantage of all of these offers in the winter, the only problem is I have to actually burn wood in it to get the coals hot enough to burn all the ''offers'' I get. I wish they would start using better quality paper so I could get more heat & less smoke from their offerings.
