Don't do anything. If people want to know about your particular strain of mythology, they will read the pertinent books or ask you. Don't try to convert.

Addendum: you wouldn't like me to walk up to you and begin "proving" Atheism, would you?

If you're not a Jehovah's Witness, why not talk to them and see what they teach. They use the Bible to answer any question, what they say is not their own thoughts but those of Jehovah God. Take up a Bible Study, there is no obligation and if after say, 6 months you believe it to be what you want, they will help you spread the word.

Never push your beliefs onto other people. The best way to be a witness is by your actions, in Biblical terms, by the fruit you bear. It's all summed up in the statement "God Is Love." Do everything you do with love in your heart and you will be the kind of witness you want to be.

I want to as well but over time people just dont care anymore. The image that bad Christians, Muslims, Jews, etc have created in the eye of the public is how the public views religion and faith. Just think though, didnt Jesus say that brother would turn against brother? Id say all this anti-faith/religion is good sign that the end is near.

First it would be wise to know the Bible well and have a close walk with the Lord.

If I were you I would pray first that God would anoint you with His Spirit in such a way that you would be sensitive to those you wish to minister to and know who to share with. Beyond that you simply open your mouth and let God speak through you. There are no set words to suit everyone. Everyone is uniquely individual and will respond in their own way.

We are only messengers carrying a message. The Holy Spirit will give us what to say and when to say it. I speak this from personal experience both in door-to-door ministry and street evangelism and prison ministry.

Romans 3:10
As it is written, There is none righteous. no not one;
Its what Christ did for us on the Cross.

Romans 10;13
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the lord
shall be saved.

pray and ask god to come in your heart and he will.

It is my personal and professional opinion that you should not. Never discuss religion nor politics with casual friends or strangers, it only leads to trouble. If you want to be truly a welcoming and inviting force in people's lives, be there in their time of need, but don't go out jamming it down people's throats. Lead through example by being a good person and compassionate person, and if an individual is truly interested or attracted to that, they will come to you.

If any more of you religious folks put any more fliers and books and stuff on my car in under my hotel room door I'm gonna kick you in the nuts!

Ask questions." Do you believe in God?" "Do you think Jesus may have died for our sins?" " Do you believe this is all there is to life?" etc

To encourage other believers share what you learnt last time you read the Bible.

God bless

I agree with Prairiecrow--if your life shows peace, joy, contentment, and love, you will never have to tell another person--in fact, they will ask you about it.

If someone is ready to hear you, they will ask. If not, they're not ready to hear it and would not respond positively no matter how persuasive your words.

Be a good friend, and be willing to share if asked.

Everybody has heard about Christianity by now, at least in the western world. Those of us who are not Christian have our reasons, and trying to sell your religion to us like a brand of toothpaste is likely to annoy us more than anything else, which I'm sure is not what you intend.

The best way to be a spokesperson for your faith is not to speak at all. Live your life by your Christian values, and if that attracts people, they will ask you.

Don't I am sure they will not want to hear about it. if they do they will read the bible themselves and go to church. So just let them be who would you like a Muslim telling you Allah was brilliant. I am sure you wouldn't want to hear that.
