Sometimes one has to stand up for thier own beliefs and set aside the agenda's of the larger organization, be it the U.S. or Military or Church.

To many just go with the flow asa they are truly weak links as characters go...

If he just spoke out that would be one thing. He improperly wore a Marine uniform. This isn't taken lightly and if they wanted to they could charge him. It really is disrepectful to put on a uniform and do that. When wearing a uniform you represent that service. Maybe civilian don't see the big deal but Marines take this like a slap in the face. He should have known better.

If he is in the IRR he doesn't have a honerable discharge. He is still under contract. I agree with his right to speak out just not in uniform.

I disagree with you. He, indeed has a right and even a duty to make his opinions know. However, when wearing a uniform or part of a uniform of an organization your are standing in representation of that organization. He knew that up front as does every other vet or service member and chose to disregard that. Therefore, I can not hold him in high esteem.

Just about the same as a reformed prostitute standing up for abstinance from premarital sex....

Doesn't mean they are outstanding at all...

Only idiots who can't make up their own mind and stay out of wrong situations in the first place then climb on their high horse and expect people to follow them... Losers is more like it.

g-day!

As per usual, your definition of "outstanding" is entirely antithetical to that of the rest of the universe.

Go away, you pathetic little propagandist.
