this is what i always do. i tie them up and tell them they can't move a muscle, even to kiss me. then i do to them everything i like having done to me. :-) works like a charm and is wicked fun.

Kiss them more.. give pointers.. whats not working for you.. and what will.. Practice makes perfect.

You don't, you teach them.
If they are a slow learner, sorry.
If it becomes a terrible problem then let them know how you feel. Say, "It's just not my style. Let's try something else."
